Individual Mindfulness Training

The group setting of the MBSR training has many advantages as you learn from each other’s experiences, perspectives and you get a sense of common humanity. However, for some people it might not be possible to join an (8-week) group program because of personal circumstances.


Individual 8-week MBSR

It is also possible to follow the 8-week MBSR training individually. We would also meet for 8 sessions, each max. 1,5 hour and I recommend not to have more than 2 weeks in-between each session. When we start, we plan in each session so the total duration is planned in upfront. The format, course material and homework requirements are the same as the group MBSR. Also with the individual training I recommend an average 60 min practice when you really want to make a change in your life.

This training can be done face to face taking into account the latest Covid-19 guidelines. However, when you feel more comfortable to do so, we can also meet online. 


Costs & health insurance

The costs for the individual training are € 950, not each health insurance gives the same reimbursement for the individual training as they do for the group training, so please check this with own health insurance upfront.

The costs will need to be paid before the first session, the option of paying in terms can be discussed.


Tailor made training or coaching

When you are interested in Mindfulness but struggle with the 8-week format then a tailor made 1 one 1 training or coaching could be an option for you.
